The Conservancy partners with the Northern Rangelands Trust - Trading (NRT-T) in seeking and enhancing women's socio-economic opportunities. Jewelry enterprise is one of them. Still, for the BeadWORKS women of Kalama, Sera, and Westgate community conservancies in Samburu County, it was a day filled with joy and contentment as it gave them a chance to contribute towards conservation efforts in northern Kenya as they gave Kshs. 1,665,235 towards conservation for their respective communities.

BeadWORKS Kenya has given women in NRT community conservancies a chance to earn income, mitigate climate change, and be environmental champions; BeadWORKS women give 5% of their sales income to the 8 Conservancies they work in each year to help fund conservation efforts. From 2017 to 2022, BeadWORKS women have contributed Kshs.8,383,976 as a conservation fee in the conservancies they work in.The ceremony was presided over by Samburu County Officials and community members.
